ARC (Architectural Review Committee)

Improvements are bound to happen. Swimming pools, fences and storage buildings are the most common, but there are many others. Pre-approval is required for all exterior changes and improvements.

If you’re not sure if you need pre-approval, just ask!

Submit the form and application to the Woodland Creek HOA office by e-mail:  amiller@lowdernewhomes.com prior to beginning your project. Submissions are reviewed according to the current “Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and ARC Guidelines.”  You will be notified of the status of your submission.

You may be asked to provide a drawing of the improvements your requesting on your closing survey. If you do not have a copy of your closing survey, you can obtain one by contacting Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC) at 334-271-3200. Ask to be emailed an unsigned copy of your closing survey.
